I ran into an issue with a late payment, an employee (male) was very rude handling the situation even though I communicated my payment will be late. I later called and the manager Salina was very professional and advised they are correcting their employees approach to the situation and it was appreciated.
Thank you for understanding, my newborn was in the NICU for a month and some bills were late. I’m not asking for sympathy but just understanding everybody has unexpected issues they can run into and keeping the professionalism and great customer service is key to a successful business.
