Yeah I don’t like how they false advertising still in 2024 . Yikes! Y’all will be closed again soon! I thought I could give Yall another chance but nahhhh! Extra storage space has my TRUST! ? it saddens me y’all moved closer just to get back closed down soon :(

I was moving from out of state and the people at public storage were amazing to work with. Very communicative and helpful. Once I got there they were very friendly and prompt about getting me into my untit.

Ann made our experience simple and fun. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better Service worker. She gave us a tour and showed us what we need space wise given what we needed for our items. Thank you Ann and public storage

I deleted my original one star review, and I am changing my rating to 5 stars.
I received a call from the main office (I wish I could remember the name of the lady who called me) She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She made me feel valued as a customer. She pointed out a few areas where I misspoke, I appreciated that as well. I do not want to be unfair in my review if there was something I was wrong about. She made everything right and she went above and beyond to take care of me. I will definitely be staying with this facility.

Ann is the best property manager ever! She is super friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. All our storage needs were met with ease. The facility was well-kept, clean, and secure. We will definitely use this facility again if ever needed!
