Famous Footwear provides great service with very attentive staff. Employees are helpful, determined, and show care and concern for customers. They offer top customer service skills and are clear and straight to the point. If a product is not in the store, they will help get it from another location. The positive experience leaves customers impressed and looking forward to returning.

I love the customer service I received from Nikita.. She went above and beyond to help me out...I think this is my favorite FF store now. I will travel to come here to get Nikita's help. 🤗🤗🤗🤗
