Famous Footwear provides great service with very attentive staff. Employees are helpful, determined, and show care and concern for customers. They offer top customer service skills and are clear and straight to the point. If a product is not in the store, they will help get it from another location. The positive experience leaves customers impressed and looking forward to returning.
Brittany did a fantastic job getting us 2 pairs of shoes with the BOGO special. She was so patient and explained everything and went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with our selection and purchase.

Says they close at 8pm Sundays, went Sunday night at 7:20 to pick up some shoes and the doors were already locked and after they seen us they turned off the lights. So not sure if the website hours are correct.
