Had the worse experience placing an order online. First, the order was never shipped, they promised multiple times the order was “confirmed” and I would get it for sure just for them to cancel my order 2 weeks later with no notice. It was supposed to be a present and they finally told me they were sold out which was the reason I placed the order online in the first place, to avoid them being sold out. Then they kept promising a refund. The item was not cheap, it was over $230. I had to order through another seller, spend another $230 because it took JD Sports a whole month to even refund me. Will never order anything from them again or even buy anything at their stores. When you call them they say lies to get you off the phone or just disconnect the call multiple times in a row.

Everyone was so nice and attentive walking around asking everyone if they needed assistance. Very pleasant experience after a horrible one at footlocker. Thank you to all the hard workers in there doing their job today! I will be back!

Very bad customer service. No one offered to help or ask what shoe size we need also, when my husband asked for a shoe size, the associate never brought the shoe. cashiers have us waiting for long periods of time for no reason. I will never shop there again I know

Horrible experience at JD unfortunately. I walked into their store at Desert Sky mall looking to buy some shoes. I stood in the store approximately 10min and no one attempted to ask what I needed. (It wasn’t busy by the way) I proceeded to ask a young lady for help and she obliged. She went in the back, came back and went to the register without communicating to me whether they had the shoe or not. I ended up asking her and she mentioned I could order online. I decided I’d take that route instead. The shoes were ordered online and the website said 30min wait for a confirmation. Okay. I waited all afternoon with no email. Ended up calling the store and the young man that answered wasn’t any help at all. I asked if he could help because I hadn’t gotten a confirmation email and he said he couldn’t help because he’s “not a part of customer service.” I called again and the young lady that answered said the system didn’t show anything about my order. I logged into my JD account and was surprised that my order had been cancelled…?? Everyone’s lack of customer service definitely drove me away from doing any business in the future.

Worst customer service from all employees at 10:30. Employees jumped in front of customers to buy shoes out on display that they said are for employees. Management didn't care what was going in store. Very bad experience. ? very unprofessional employees are so worried about getting shoes so didn't help customers.

Had the exact shoes I was looking for, staff was very helpful prices are retail and reasonable. Selection was one of the best I’ve seen. Would easily shop here again for shoes.
