Pros: wifi, and, it's a bus, which for many destinations is better than no bus. Cons: the bus stops can be confusing, and if you get the wrong place, and miss the buss, you cannot get credit for a future ride; for the PHX-FLG route, the buses are always late, sometimes close to an hour late.
