“I can’t say enough good things about Trails End. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their services twice over the past four years, and both times I was met with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
During my first experience, one small detail has always stayed with me—after my horse was loaded, Anthony took the time to use a broom to gently tidy the area and remove any visible traces. It was such a quiet, thoughtful gesture in an incredibly hard moment, and it meant more than I can put into words.
The second time, I wasn’t able to stay for the removal—my horse was many hours away, and everything happened very last minute. Anthony was able to arrange an after-hours pickup late that night, which I was incredibly grateful for. I know that’s not always guaranteed, but it meant a lot that he did everything he could to make it happen. And even with all of that, he still took the time to reach out and send his condolences, which I deeply appreciated.
Communication was always easy, whether by text or phone, and the payment process was incredibly flexible and simple. In a situation that’s never easy, he truly made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I’m very grateful for the compassion and respect shown both times.”

“We ordered two refrigerators from AJ Madison in New York. The final leg of the delivery was AM Transportation. I received emails and then texts letting me know when my items were to arrive. They showed up exactly on time. The two delivery guys could not have been nicer or more friendly. One of them was very knowledgable about the appliance we had ordered. They even moved the appliances into the house and unpacked them for inspection. Thanks for caring about your customers.”

“I love this location. It's easy to get in and out of. They could definitely use a lot more parking spaces. But over all. It's really great. The inside has a lil cafeteria type cafe to get food. And nice seating areas.”

“Clean for the most part, it's usually 50 / 50 on if the outlets on the bus work but most of the drivers are very respectful and helpful. Seats are comfortable and on time. Seats are comfortable too. Definitely an easier more convenient way to travel , at least from my experience. I've only used them to travel from Phoenix to Tucson and back but they have been reliable thus far. I would recommend.”
“Although the bus stop was pretty hard to find due to the sign being changed, it still arrived ON time and stopped in front of the "MK international" store. The bus driver was nice and helped us with enough information as possible. We checked in with ease just by scanning our ticket and loading in our carry ons. The inside of the Bus wasn't bad at all either, there was all kinds of people minding their business.”

“Had a great trip to and from LA California. When I had a layover at phoenix terminal the counter person was rude and seemed annoyed when I and another passenger had a question and acted like we were stupid. The new driver was very nice and friendly and helped me get back on the right bus. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lady behind the service counter.”
