The wash arrived on time, but was leaking. I reported the leak to Foothills and Chris responded immediately. I was told that a replacement would be shipped to me and that I could discard the leaking wash. The replacement product is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I could not be happier with the service provided by Chris and the Foothills Pharmacy. I would recommend Foothills to everyone.

I ordered the product on Jan 14th. By the 20th it still read “ Label made” . I ordered off the most recent email ( just to Dermatology in December) I got a text update on the 22- saying delivered to mailbox . It was 20 below zero that day - product was frozen solid. Container says “store at 33-77 degrees “. I contacted worried the cream would be ineffective ( I am an RN ) . I was told it just needs to be stored at that temp ??? So it’s OK if it freezes ???The next day I realize it’s the wrong strength- .05 instead of the .10 I had been on for months. They said I ORDERED the wrong strength- I simply reordered from their recent email . No refund , no sending correct strength- terrible customer service. I am contacting Fargo Center for Dermatology about my experience at this place - will seek product elsewhere !

I ordered my medication and then followed the tracking and the package seemed to go back and forth across the country. I emailed the pharmacy with my tracking number so they could see what was happening and they promptly answered my email, said they would contact the post office, and reordered and shipped my medication that day. I am very grateful for such a professional and quick response.

Meds were delayed in shipping out and my 1 months worth was actually only 2 weeks worth so had to stop and wait for a re shipment.

The first two rounds of my compounded medication went well. When I needed a refill they didn't contact my doctor or let me know that I had to, which caused a delay. Then, they couldn't get me set up in the online system (no reason given) so I had to play phone tag and get someone to take my credit card by phone. THEN, they didn't fill my prescription! I emailed a few weeks later and no one responded for 3 days, so I called again. The person said they were waiting on a call from me, and had to go into a second system to see that I had already paid and they hadn't filled the order. The apology was half-hearted, and I missed several doses of an important medication. I'm switching pharmacies.

customer service is horrible, they do not answer their phones. I refilled my perscription and it is not working. Trying to get them on the phone is a nightmare!

Very slow on delivery couldn't get any support tracking my item. Order sent out 12/13/24 today is 12/23/24 still haven't received my order.

I have been trying since 11/21 to get a new Rx filled.
I originally got a phone call saying Rx had been received from provider, and to call back. when I called back the person could not find the Rx. they tried to transfer my call and it got dropped.
Since then, phone calls have not been returned, and nobody answers emails. Requested to speak to a supervisor, but had to leave a message, and still no reply several days later.

The face cream that my doctor ordered me. I’m here in Michigan. The only thing that works for years I’ve had issues and it was specially made from this Pharmacy whatever she prescribed for me it worked thank you.
