This store sucks in customer service compared to other fry's stores. Kathleen needs to retire. She has no patience or empathy. The store manager isn't any better (Shaniqua) or whatever her name is

I was disconnected by the pharmacy 3 times and told to wait on hold because there were 3 people ahead of me at that point. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes when they told me that. Consider hiring more people.

What an improvement from the Fry’s on lower Buckeye!! Staff is kind , they actually answer the phone, and prescriptions are ready on time!!
