Martin and Kris are the best. Martin accommodated us right away and asked us to bring our PC parts to be built WITHIN the day even at night, which they’re closing at 9pm usually. We brought them our parts and build 2 gaming PCs ASAP. We had some issues along the process but i am still giving them a perfect 5 stars for being very dedicated with their jobs. Anyway, we recently got our PCs before they’re closing and in perfect condition. We could tell Martin and the squad worked hard on it. The cable management is PERFECT. Me and my bro were so amazed by the cable management. Like 0% of cables are dangling or looping at all. What really out stands is Martin’s kindness and dedication, plus Kris as the perfectionist in building the PCs. Thank you guys so much.

They could not diagnose problem but no refund. Took to another shop which diagnosed corrupt Windows. Windows was reinstalled. Laptop now works.

I've used there services in the past. But recently I had the worst service EVER. Tried contacting the manager over the situation. Manager wouldn't even reply.. 1-10. I rate them a minus 4

Arrived at appointed time and Martin of the Squad reviewed the phone issue and referred me to Chad, the Samsung rep. in store, and the issue was resolved and I was happily on my way in less than 15 minutes! Superior customer service!!

When I was applying for job as a substitute teacher I was having issues with outdated laptop. I went to Geek Squad on Camelback. I had no warranty on that computer but they spent 30 minutes helping me. At no cost! And I got the job.

Calling about an order for pick up. Only partially filled but indicates ready for pick up. No reason the other item is not ready.NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE SO I CAN ASK ABOUT IT. Not making two trips. Ready to cancel the order and try Amazon instead.

Horrible Geek squad is useless the only equipment they have knowledge of is Dell . They do not have the knowledge to even touch other products they sell at best buy unless it’s Dell that’s what I was told after spending 2000.00 on a laptop computer at not so Best Buy ….. never buy tech support at not so Best Buy

Great experience! Originally made an appointment to get my iPhone fixed. They promptly checked the phone out, filled out all required information and had it completely fixed an hour later. They were polite and made sure the process was smooth.

Brought my gaming computer in to demonstrate a problem and hopefully get some advice or hardware recommendations to solve it. Was told immediately after demonstrating, without any further investigation, that it was obvious that my hard drive had malfunctioned, was unrecoverable, and would have to be replaced. $150 later, new SSD and HDD are installed, and problems persist. Finally figured out that the graphics card was the problem all along; old hard drive works fine, can be accessed, and even booted from once I use the integrated graphics systems. So, now that's money I cant spend on a new, very expensive, graphics card. Horribly disappointed by the shady business and lack of actual troubleshooting for having lugged in my enormous and fragile PC.
