Reasonable priced. Michelle in the office is very nice, kind, works weekends and Monday's. I recommend that you speak with her. The grounds keeper is an old cranky old man, not very nice.

Ray is very wonderful person who is running the storage units at Grand Ave Mini storage,he has a heart of gold,who goes up above and beyond for his tennants their. Go by and see him ☺️☺️☺️☺️?????☺️☺️☺️??

I have been using this storage facility for years. Management is friendly and they have a large selection of sizes to fit all budgets.
