Not as bad as people reviewed. Was taken in 2 hours early from my appt and was out and Empty in under 2 hours. Not bad maybe a slow day for them Also park street and go check in process

You have to park on the street and walk in to check in. (hate it) No early unload or loading.(hate it) Any process will take hrs (hate it) Idk what the deal is but I've seen smaller companies with a pallet jack and a handicapped unloader be faster. Something needs to change here guys.
