This location seemed extremely unorganized and was over 2 hours late having our rental ready for us.Car worked the way it should and was relatively clean, but other than that, not a great pickup experience.

Lindsey Sullivan helped me and she is one of the best customer service I have had in car rental.Lindsey is very friendly and puts herself in the customer's shoes to solve their problems.The rental was cheap and I got a great car.Thank you, Lindsey.The world needs more people like you.

Place was disfunctional..my rental was there but not ready and wasted my lyft so yes I'll be calling for a reimbursement. Lady was rude and the gentleman was on his phone.

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Especially the gentleman who works there. He was super accommodating to me after my 3rd trip there. My 1st I arrived after hours. My second trip I didn’t have my cc, only my debit card. My third visit there, I struck gold! Got a fabulous vehicle, fabulous service and I couldn’t be happier!??

My wife made a reservation a week ahead of time and was not placed in the vehicle type she needed to commute to work. On top of that, the car she got stunk like cigarettes mixed with bleach. ??

Rude staff who gave away my rental car within 10 minutes of the hour guarantee period without even calling. Staff provided no solution for a replacement and I happily took my business to another company.

The nicest guy I have ever met that has ever worked for Hertz. You are beyond blessed to have him as an employee he went above and beyond for us please acknowledge Ash AbdolkarimiI am beyond grateful for him. He is such a caring, compassionate human being bless him for going above and beyond. I am a nurse and I am burnt out and I am stressed beyond relief to the point that I feel like sometimes people lose compassion. He’s amazing , He even fed us pizza pictures to prove that there are compassionate, caring human beings that go above and beyond, and take care of other people. Thank you for your kindness Ash ❤️

Can’t go to my sisters funeral because they didn’t specify anywhere on their confirmation email that I needed 2 forms of ID. The supervisor would barely give me the time of day and had an attitude. They wouldn’t except a picture of a 2nd form of ID and they were completely unhelpful. Also have 2 employees working and about 15 people waiting in line. They told me I should have known since there is a sign on the counter…. So I have to read minds and know that sign was on the counter before I travelled here. Such a joke. Oh and did I mention it’s non refundable. Fraudulent company and currently reporting to the better business bureau

Wouldn’t take my Venmo Credit Card, even though it’s a Visa card issued through Synchrony Bank, and just branded as Venmo. So had to sue my debit card for a deposit, which pulls $500 out of my account.Paid ahead but there were hidden fees and upsells. Rude staff. First and last experience with Hertz

I reserved my car ? through expedia with Hertz on camelback rd in phoenix, AZ to visit my family for Thanksgiving. It was for a great price. Hertz violated their agreement with expedia by refusing to deliver the car when I arrived to pick it up! They made up absurd reasons why they wouldn't give me the car I reserved. Scott the manager and staff said it was policy I needed to show my Veterans Id, passport and birth certificate to get the rental released. A hertz employee who was there for personal reasons who worked at the airport tried to intervene by contradicting the Validity of this Hertz policy. They wouldn't listen. I believe Hertz breached their agreement because they had walk-in customers and mo cars in inventory who would make them more money. Hertz delayed my vacation and cost me hundreds more to get there!

They found so many, many ways to screw me on this rental I am not going to bore you with all of them. They do deserve an award for creating the worst possible customer service and finding every way to screw you on a rental that is possible. They managed to make my $175 rental into $350 and forced me to use a debit card instead of credit so when I had a cracked windshield I was not covered. Then instead of processing the claim, they waited so they could screw me out of use of vehicle funds. Again just some highlights. It was much worse. Just awful people. Awful company. All the bad reviews here are justified I am sure.You can see from the ridiculous auto response below there is no interest in improving except finding improvements in ways to take your money. This is not a service organization. It is dead in the eyes money extraction organization.

I paid for the rental car in advance through priceline. I granted hertz permission to get $200.00 from my credit card for a security deposit, with the assurance that my deposit will be placed back Into my accountOnce the vehicle is returned. which I returned full of gas. I spoke to the lady after she inspected the vehicle, and she informed me that my deposit will be returned which it was.but I was charged for the vehicle again. These people had the nerve to take money from my account with my consent and charge me again for a vehicle that I had already paid for. Now I'm disputing these charges and I will be filing a complaint. With the better business bureau, first thing in the morning. Please be careful who you give your personal information to, even these so called businesses are shady..,this is my first and last time EVER RENTING FROM HERTZ..I SHOULD OF TAKEN THE ADVICE FROM MY FAMILY AND LISTEN TO THEM,WHEN THEY SAID I SHOULD GO THROUGH AVIS OR ENTERPRISE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THERE DEALINGS WHEN IT COMES THE PUBLIC.. LESSON LEARNED ON MY PART.

The woman waiting on us (no name tag) was extremely rude. She got annoyed when she told us to put our credit card in the machine and we asked how much was being run. Her response was "I don't know". Then when she pulled the car up, we wanted to walk around it with her. She told us she already took pictures. When we looked at the pics, you couldn't see any scratches. This was the most unprofessional experience at a rental company EVER! This will be the last time I use them!!
