Made a reservation, showed up to pick up the car and they said they have no cars. Unorganized unprofessional. In my mind, they shouldn’t have online booking as an option, since they obviously can’t get it together, based on the other reviews and my experience.

Terrible customer service. Made a vehicle reservation and when arriving we were told they didn’t have anything and they just left us with no further help or options. They made no attempt to help check other locations.
