Hobe Meat is an excellent butcher shop and deli, widely considered the best in Phoenix. It is a fantastic source of high-quality, fresh, and affordable meats. The selection is deep and outstanding, featuring a variety of cuts like ribeye, filet, sirloin, brisket, skirt, and sausage. They also carry wagyu, aged cuts, exotics, and outside skirt steaks. Their dry aged meat is fantastic. It is also a go-to sandwich shop, serving kick-ass deli sandwiches that are loaded up and beautiful in taste. They offer a fantastic brisket sandwich meal and a high-quality cheeseburger meal as a Friday and Saturday special. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and polite, providing excellent recommendations. Whether for grilling, cooking at home, or a delicious meal, Hobe Meat gives flavor and is highly recommended for all meat lovers.
Purchased a London broil- went to cook it and to my dismay it was sliced in thin strips. Went back a few days later, spoke with Adam, the butcher, who profusely apologized. He replaced the meat and threw in some ground sirloin and baked potatoes. It pays to pay extra for great meat and exceptional service. Thank you!
