I stayed here on purpose because I am a Hyatt member and this is by far the worst condition I have seen from a Hyatt Place hotel. I attached a couple of photos…the floor is so discolored it feels dirty.

This is an adequate hotel. It's in a business park just next to interstate 17, so there is constant road noise. The room is shop worn, the internal extra lock is missing, there was no ironing board.

Immediately upon check in the front desk clerk (younger female) did not acknowledge us and continued to text on her phone. Not pleasant and clearly unhappy with her job. Got to the room to find it old, dirty (stained carpet, paint peeling, bathtub grout dirty with black mold. Absolutely not what's expected from a Hyatt Hotel. This hotel is over rated and over priced. A strip motel would have been comparable or better. No coffee maker in the room despite having coffee and sugar... told front desk on my 2nd day.... never addressed the coffee machine. Stayed 6 nights and my room was cleaned only once. I let it go for a few days as I could get by. Finally with no towels, tiolet paper and garbage overflowing I went to the front desk to meet the clerk. This time it was younger African male who stated to me "we don't have an towels" and offered no solution. I know the hotel was not full so I was surprised. I asked "why hasn't my room been cleaned? Whereby he walked away and shrugged his shoulders and stated in a condescending tone "I'm not house keeping!" I said my room is filthy and I need to shower...he said I'll find you some small towels. Upon his return he stated I'll need your room number to account for those towels (the 3 hand towels). Wow.... old, dirty, and the rudest staff I've encountered. I'm easy going and not picked so this really tops the dissatisfaction list. HYATT you need to do better, a lot better. Your employees need some retraining or even replacement.Rooms: Old, beat up and dirty. Carpets are disgusting. I'm cleaner to wear my shoe than take them off. Enough said..I think you get the point.Noteworthy details: Location is decent. Pool is ok but no loungers and no poolside towels available. Had to ask in every time I used the pool. Pool had sand on the bottom. Could use better maintenance.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've ever had. Upon check-in, the person working the front desk addressed his questions to my male partner despite the fact that I (female) was standing in front of him with my credit card in my hand. Later in the stay I politely asked the same employee to have an ironing board sent up to the room, to which he rolled his eyes and told me he'd have to look to see if they had one before giving it to me to take up myself. The room itself smelled stale and just gross, and I have never seen so many stains on the couch as were on this one. Additionally, my partner said one of the cushions smelled like pee, and frankly I wouldn't be surprised if that's exactly what it was given the stain on said cushion. As for the bed, the fitted sheet clearly didn't fit the mattress, and we woke up every morning with the sheet off the corners and ourselves sleeping on the bare mattress. Also, housekeeping never came in the five days despite my "every other day" selection on the digital check-in that the hotel itself sent me.

Rooms and hallways need to be renovated, everything looks pretty worn out.

This property is long overdue for some property updates. It does not meet the cleanliness standard that we expect from every Hyatt property. The carpet in our room was severely stained, the furniture was worn and stained. We cut our reservation short by a day because the room was just icky.

I wish my boss had read the reviews before booking our week long nightmare. She is a Hyatt loyal, so we stayed for free and that was an overpayment. Filthy everything. Do not stay here. Photos attached.

I feel really horrible complaining as I never complain but honestly the Hyatt place in Phoenix North is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m shocked it’s a Hyatt.Where to began?I called over 24 hours in advance to arrange a 1st floor room since I have my service dog and once I check in I’m told “only 3&4th floors are available”. I called the concierge line and luckily they were able to help. Then with my new room the AC didn’t work, Maintenace came and “fixed” it. It now reads 65 degrees but feel more like 80. I even bought a thermostat and it read 77.The bed is super uncomfortable, the room has a lot of random stains, burns, scratches on the doors etc. it’s been years since I’ve stayed at a motel but I think most motels are better than this Hyatt. I’ve attached pictures for your review. We almost went down the street to one of the 3 hiltons within a mile since I do have diamond status for the last 5 years. However we are trying to be brand loyal to Hyatt, if this was my first Hyatt experience, I’d never stay at another.I wish I would’ve read the Google reviews about this place before hand, but figured Hyatt kept all their facilities to the same standard. I highly encourage you to read the reviews for this property, I think Hyatt should take their name off of it.This is/was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I am ashamed it’s apart of the Hyatt collection. I’ve stayed in hotels in the Middle East for $8 a night and it felt similar to this place.

We discovered a used towel and a not so clean room front desk moved us to a room across the hall, and the room was even worse. Housekeeping is not keeping up standards.[NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL BY ANY MEANS]Rooms: Rooms are dirty, and you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway.
