Hyatt Place Phoenix-North offers clean, quiet, and private rooms with plenty of space. The hotel is beautiful and in a nice location. Breakfast is decent with a very good assortment of items. The staff are consistently noted as the best, being very courteous, helpful, nice, super nice, and professional. Service experiences vary, with some guests reporting amazing customer service and helpful compensation for issues, while others found the service awful, citing long waits for rooms and delays with deposits. The price is considered a bit high by some, but good by others. The property is decent though may need updating and was dusty from construction during some stays.
