It is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, and the Biltmore area. The property is professionally managed by Willow Bridge Property Company. Residents describe it as one of the best apartment complexes they have ever lived in, with a gorgeous property and apartments that exceed expectations. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, providing polished and relatable tours while patiently answering all questions. The leasing and maintenance teams are commended for addressing issues quickly, communicating great, and handling requests promptly. The apartment grounds and amenities are well kept, clean, and updated, and the community is generally quiet with respectful residents. While parking includes one covered spot per unit with additional uncovered spaces, late night weekend and holiday parking can sometimes be scarce. However, this is communicated transparently. The overall experience is rated as far better than previous apartments, with a five-star living experience that residents enjoy a lot and would highly recommend.

I love this area and the amazing staff even more. Everyone has been very helpful with any questions I have or any maintenance requests. Any time that I’ve walked into the office, you’re always greeted with a smile. I plan on renewing my lease!
