“I'm in the process of finalizing a purchase (2013 Chev Silverado 1500 Z71 4WD) with Roy (Sales) and Joel (GM) at Dynamite. We paid cash via our own financing and that part of the process was easy and went smoothly. Dynamite had recently acquired this vehicle and it had a number of issues, but Roy was very honest and identified all the work that needed to be completed. Roy has been excellent at getting all the repairs completed expeditiously in just over a week. He even went above and beyond and had step bars installed that I had purchased which really meant allot. This vehicle has more miles than any other I've ever purchased but my confidence and trust in Roy led me to make the purchase. The vehicle also has some exterior paint scratches and a pretty large/deep scratch which Roy is using his connections to help get this truck looking great (I'm waiting for a quote from his source that I will pay for separately assuming the cost is reasonable). Roy is very experienced, professional, communicative, and is very much on top of his game :) Thus far this has been one of the very best experiences we have ever had. Their entire staff is also very friendly and open which is very refreshing. I will update my review after we pick up our truck tomorrow, and I meet with his guy for the paint/body work for the final exterior touches.
