I was supposed to have a diagnostic test for 30-60 minutes. After 2 hours , I was still waiting. Test was not finished. I left. Jiffy lube should stick with oil changes.

They did a good job changing my oil, however they did not put my glove box back together after checking the cabin air filter. When I opened my glovebox everything spilled out! I did not have them replace the filter. I hope they didnt do it on purpose. ✌️

Got an oil change here because I didn't bring my tools when I came down for college after changing my own oil for a long time. Everything went fine and they were quicker than expected. just be aware that they're going to try to upsell on things you don't need. as for price, without tools I had to have them change one of my brake lights which came out to 24$, and the lowest quality oil+tax came out to double what it would cost me to do myself with a high quality oil. to be expected, they have a business to run and this seemed fair to me. What bothered me was trying to tell me my brake fluid is low. after a double check, the invoice said brake fluid level said "ok" but the person I talked to told me it was low. I changed my own brakes in August and topped off my brake fluid to full so I was surprised. I went to get some dot 3 brake fluid at QuikTrip next door but when I went to top it off it was like 3millimeters from the max fill line. I'd say it could be an honest mistake from the one guy based on where the sun was at the time but as a general rule if you look like you don't know anything about cars, just ask them to point out what's low and how they could tell. and if you're willing to be a bit of a pain, ask to watch them pour the oil in. really nice guys though.

We tried to get an oil change here. We pulled in and were directed to another bay by an employee. 2 more vehicles pulled in after us, one in the bay that we had originally pulled into. The manager decided to take the other 2 vehicles first and wanted us to wait an hour! He was rude and did not respect us. This was the day after Thanksgiving. We will never use this Jiffylube after this experience. We did not wait. We took our business elsewhere.

First and last time I’ll go, you advertise with every oil change you will vacuum and wash the windows. You suggested a high mile oil on a vehicle we don’t use often because it had high miles for over $100 I came in for a basic oil change even with a $25 coupon cost me over $40

TERRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Tell you one thing and tell you to come back in 40 minutes just to get pushed back and additional 30 minute EVEN WHEN YOUR ON TIME. DUDE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME LIKE AS IF HE CANT LOSE HIS JOB SORRY NOT SORRY THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED AND RE HIRE NEW WORKERS

Poor customer service overall. I have been very disappointed in going to jiffy lube of late. They no longer check tire pressures, show you your air filter, no longer look at your windshield wipers etc

My oil plug was stripped during the oil change.
The mechanic was unable to remove it, mechanic faulted the previous technician.
The estimate to
replace is actually $600.
So all in all if I had a $700 oil change!!!

I was the last person to do an oil change on my car, and I know I didn’t mess up the oil plug, but I sent my wife to get an oil change and they came out with the plug looking like this and said it would be over $800 for a new oil pan. These guys are not trustworthy, take your business elsewhere.

Bad service. I went there and waited 10 minutes for help but no one came, I saw guys standing around on their cell phones in the shop. As I was driving away I saw a man in a truck pull up and someone came out to help him immediately. Shame.

Would give 0 if I could. Went for an oil change. The next day i was driving and my whole oil plate underneath fell of and damaged my car. I went back and they siad it was to beat up and they would have to remove it. Well today another piece fell down while my wif was driving. So from one oil change iv had to rip off 3 prats of my car. I dont know what they are doing here but I cant be more serious Dont go to this location
