The 2 lady's at the desk are very unhelpful and rude. Roll there eyes at the patients coming in. They also don't help the elderly that do not understand how to use the kiosk.

Too long wait. The phlebotomy poked me 5 times unsuccessful. Finally got it but drew wrong amount had repoke me again same place place.left a huge bruise
