The people in the Vista California store were wonderful. Corporate Communications ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! They only give you one phone number which is to a place where the operators cant really help you much. They will give you no other phone numbers for corporate or even the individual stores. You have to drive back to the store to talk with anyone to solve an issue. I had a big problem where they cancelled my pick of an item that was to be returned TWICE. I told them I was leaving town the next day and they said they would arrange to pick it up when I returned. They told me my $750.00 refund could not be issued until they received the chair. I asked for someone else to talk to about going ahead to issue the refund right away since it was their Fault. They said they had no numbers for either Corporate or the any Store. I had to empty my car that was packed for my trip and take the Chair back to the store myself. I am 71 years old with a Bad shoulder. . I was planning to buy a different Recliner with Living Spaces but after this crap I will never do business with them. Too bad because their store employees were wonderful. Even the store employees are not given any numbers for issues. This is NO WAY this should have been a problem. I guess the Executives want to collect their Salaries but not deal with Customers.

I purchased their accidental insurance and the warranty company has denied so many claims that should be covered. It's a really terrible company for living spaces to support and recommend to their buyers. I feel like i wasted money buying that insurance. I feel tricked. I will not go to living spaces again because of this.

ZERO STARS.!!!!!! They lied from the beginning to get a sale. Placed order Living room set. November 6 2023. Was told for sure would be all delivered by Christmas. December I always was making all calls on the delivery. They told me the 2 chairs were available for delivery but the couch still on backorder until end of January 2024. I said deliver the 2 .chairs. So on February 21 2024 still not one contact with living spaces I had to follow up again and was informed that the couch was been discontinued for sometime. Such poor poor behavior from this company. They are picking up the chairs and getting a full refund but nothing else for all my disappointments. I will never will shop there again.

Very unhappy with Living Spaces. Will not recommend to anyone and will be writing letter to corporate office. Had a very bad experience ordering furniture from the showroom in Scottsdale and having the wrong item delivered. The couch we requested was NOT 88 in long and when they delivered it, it was. We notified them immediately and said they would take it back but I would have to pay a 10% restock fee. We went into the store and had no help from any of the three people we met with. Spent about 2 hours trying to find a replacement and they were unable to. They kept 10% of our money. If it was our fault for picking wrong furniture I could see the 10% restock fee, but we did NOT get what we ordered. Therefore we should be refunded the 10%! Buyer beware!! Evidently if you buy a white couch and they deliver a black one you will pay a restocking fee

After a month of waiting on deliver, customer service called to say that their third party delivery company just stopped servicing our area and the only opting we have is to drive 3 each way to get our stuff. Will never ever deal with this store again or recommend them to anyone I care about.

TERMITES!!!!Recently purchased a couch. Long story short when screwing one of the the legs on I noticed the wood was very fragile. As soon as I began to screw the leg into the couch a small mountain of wood dust was all over my hand and carpet. I immediately contacted customer service and advised of the faulty piece of furniture, they quickly offered a discount or exchange. I opted for an exchange once it was all set and done I noticed termites coming out of the couch, and of course I finally figured out why there was wood dust all over my house. I called back and of course it was impossible to deal with. So just be careful when buying any wood furniture from this place. I have pictures and video evidence. Living Spaces in Glendale AZ It looks like the termites have made it into my house. I hope Living Spaces helps with the repairs.

Bought a sofa with recliner that stopped working right away. Called for repair . Guy came out and said he would order motet, and I would hear back for repair. After practically killing myself several times on the recliner stuck on recline, and not hearing back for 3 weeks, they gave me store credit, because they no longer carried the sofa and could not repair. They told me I had to get rid of it myself. I am handicapped, and have trouble walking, and told them I paid to have it removed, and store credit did me no good as I have no transportation. They told me either I go back to the store and get something or lose the credit. DO NOT buy from living spaces. Furniture is sub standard, and service is a joke. I was yelled at by a manager when I called for the last plea to please return my money. I explained my situation to no avail. This store could care less about customers, handicapped or not. Ide really like to know what the laws are if they are ADA compliant or not. What a joke.

The warranty plan is a scam. BEWARE! Popcorn butter spilled on the couch and I could not get it clean. The warranty service deemed it normal wear! Living Spaces salespeople are not truthful, won't help a bit when you n make a claim that is denied and the warranty service is a scam.

Do Not Purchase horrible service horrible warranty they don't back the product. The employees are super nice in the store until you have an issue. Management agrees with your issue but can't do anything to fix the situation. Extended warranty is a complete joke. Save yourself the headache look elsewhere for furniture.

I have purchased twice from these guys. First time for a table and chairs was great. Second order is a disaster. Didn't get proper notice the truck was on the way until 10 min. prior to the truck arriving so missed them. They didn't reschedule until a week later so my guests slept on the floor. Second they assembled the bed with the wrong parts and dinged up bed while assembling. Technician came out and fixed the dings. (looks good) but he didn't know anything about the janky bed assembly (wrong parts jammed in and hidden from me by them putting the mattress over it) nor the wobbling night stands. Just got an email from them saying the ticket is closed and had to call them a third time. Don't buy anything that needs to be assembled from these guys.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LIVING SPACES! Bought a sectional sofa from Living Spaces just over a year ago thinking it would be a better product and we would receive good customer service, boy was I WRONG!! The sectional that we purchased has been defective from the time we received it, sofa casings tearing at the seams, not just one several and when putting in a claim, it takes forever to get a replacement and sometimes doesn't come at all. Requested two replacements before my 1 year warranty was up, was supposed to be sent, check on again, a representative stated they were sending and still never received, now that it went t past the year warranty and still wasn't send they told me to contact the Extended Warranty- which now they won't replace since it is a manufacture defect!! DO NOT PURCHASE A SOFA FROM HERE!! They do not stand behind their items and is not quality!!

Purchased a couch and loveseat set in June 2023, had a issue with the loveseat, left a review for bad customer service as they did not take care of the issue. Now the power source on the couch went out went to the store to get a replacement and they gave me the same run around as the first time, need photos, and schedule tech to come out to evaluate to get a part which is the same thing they told me last time twice and no follow. Not sure how good the mfg. warranty is as I can't get any one to really help me. Like I said before bad customer service all I wanted was a replacement power source that I could install. I did customer service for 10 years as a tech and never treated my customers like this...

We had successfully purchased several pieces of furniture before we went to purchase a bedroom set. Unfortunately, we went to return items that were not up to par (the color was WAY off) with the money we spent. We were more than willing to pay the return fee, but they were unwilling to accept them because it was outside of the seven days. THEY WERE STILL IN THE BOX! We only opened one item, and when we saw it didn't match, we didn't open the rest. So these are Magnolia brand (expensive furniture), and they were unwilling to budge. In this day and age, to not recognize loyal customers and to be treated so is just the epitome of corporate greed. Those of us who actually work in the world can't always do things on such a short schedule. This policy was made by someone who just sucks. Congrats on losing another customer.

Worst experience. Ordered a couch I saw on the showroom floor ask for the exact couch w the color/fabric the manager who confirmed to me it was correct when he placed the ordered did it wrong. Received the couch and wasn’t what I asked and I told the shippers I didn’t want it before I signed it. They said I could return it within 7 days to go to the store and they come pick it up to only find out that wasn’t true and now they won’t take back my couch that I spent a lot of money on. No help from the manager or corporate. Never will ship here again
