I purchased their accidental insurance and the warranty company has denied so many claims that should be covered. It's a really terrible company for living spaces to support and recommend to their buyers. I feel like i wasted money buying that insurance. I feel tricked. I will not go to living spaces again because of this.

The warranty plan is a scam. BEWARE! Popcorn butter spilled on the couch and I could not get it clean. The warranty service deemed it normal wear! Living Spaces salespeople are not truthful, won't help a bit when you n make a claim that is denied and the warranty service is a scam.

We've bought several items from this location and are always pleased. Today I came to pick up our items and dealt with Alexa at the pick up station. All your customer service people should be like her. Smiling, helpful, pleasant employee!!
