Customer service isn't their strongest skill. Long holds when you call, then they hang up and don't even bother to call you back. The girls mostly seem like they have no clue about a vehicle or parts. Be ready for rude employees and 15 minute holds

Try'd using Internet to shop for parts. A couple of years ago I used their website & it was customer friendly! NOT anymore; terrible site with limited options. Their loss!

It takes "centuries" for someone to answer the phone and yes when they answer the phone they put you on hold without previously letting you know. In short words I strongly agree that their phone service is incompetent.

Ordered a 22” rim and they never called once it was delivered, when we picked it up and went to have it put on we discovered that they ordered the wrong size.

It's a great company. I would highly recommend shopping here for Salvaged parts. They also offer brand new parts, / it may take a couple tries but the savings can make up for it definitely. So far LKQ has been my lifesaver when fixing up family cars. I bought a radiator / condenser combo for a 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe, and saved over $200 compared to the dealer price. It's used but still works perfectly. Also purchased a starter motor for Toyota Corolla, sun visor, rims / wheels, door handles for Lexus. They even offer replacement engines and transmissions, and body parts. There was a Challenger Hellcat engine by the front desk on my last visit. If you're walking in, speak with Oscar at the front knows his stuff. He's a great guy. Also JR & David are awesome. If you're Calling in to place an order, I would recommend having your card ready to order. Have Patience , once you get through to somebody be ready to order! With the parts shortage going on, LKQ is the best supplier hands down. There's no doubt in my mind they are #1 and I highly recommend them to my family and friends for years. My father , father in law, and uncle has also been shopping here for longer than I've been driving..

Staff is nice haven’t had any issues with them at all. We drop & hook here weekly. We’ve never had staff treat us poorly and they’ve let us use the restroom as well which is very rare nowadays companies don’t let truckers use their restrooms or even provide portable restrooms.

As a shop owner I'm tired of wasting time at the South Phoenix location. Multiple times we buy parts and they are damage, so we have to wait for a refund or another part, and we not allowed to check the parts before paying even if they are in the warehouse, not sure if is company policy or if just the workers don't wanna show the parts but something have to change

I came to LKQ and then i buy parts they give me wrong parts when they check my vin number and i got part and its diffrent with my part . And when i return it i pay cash and they told me they send me a check . And the guy he workd here his name david his the one of them he gives me the wrong part ☹️

I was reminded why I never order anything from them. After wasting 30 minutes of my time. Telling the guy I have a card on file. The girl he called wouldn't do anything and suggested they return the part and bring it back later when payment has been made. I tried to call, was put on hold, hung up on and transferred to a voice-mail. That doesn't work for me, your customer. I finally wrote a check to take care of my customer and not waste anymore time. Come to find out they charged my card and deposited my check. Awesome, I paid twice, because they are idiots and don't care about there customers.

Very poor service. They never answer the phone and when they answer they put you on hold for an hour. I have been trying to talk to them for over two weeks. or maybe they put me on a list or something that they don’t answer me just because one time I return a car seat. Nothing personally guys it’s just a business.

Very rude people, they don't know how to respect people. I was there picking up parts for my friend, and my friend over the found told them his account number, but the guy who was gonna collect the payment didn't believe us.

OK price, but they were way late on delivery and cost me a day on labor. If someone else has it for more, probably better to get the part elsewhere to save the hassle and extra cost waiting.

It was the worst customer service ever took me two days to talk to somebody finally. I would pay full price before using this company.
