We are in changing times, no one smiles anymore. When returning merchandize your employees really act out of character, discourteous, arrogant impolite, self centered, limited knowledge, indisciplined, at times raining their voice, unhelpful, unresourceful, unskilled, always making ugly faces, not really paying attention, responding unproffessional, making customers feeling unwelcome, they talk to us disrespecfully to the point I don't want to do business anymore. Change you atmosphere, customers will return with pleasure.

Pickup experience was smooth and easy. I followed the signs and was able to checkout quickly.Shopping experience was average. I found most of what I was looking for quickly, but had to check locations online for several items, and for one item never found it because the online location was wrong and it wasn't anywhere I thought it might be (a hanging glass bird bath). I did not ask an employee for help, so I cannot say if they'd have found it or not, though there were employees around if I'd wanted to ask.Store was clean and easy to navigate. Plentiful parking, though the parking lot could be better lit in the evenings.

I like Lowe’s, but their military discount policy changed recently and now doesn’t seem to apply to anything… been here 4 times in the last few days and the discount hasn’t kicked in on any of my purchases! It’s a gimmick. You should stop advertising it if you’re not going to give it. 2.5 stars

It’s sucks how on my first visit to this Lowe’s the customer service girls didn’t know how to do there job right, questioned me and gave me attitude about a simple return they couldn’t do, maybe they need to watch their training videos again for a refresher on what customer service should look like

Ernie was so helpful and happy!! I believe that was his name, he was working in the locks section and helped out my boyfriend and I. We had 2 dogs with us so hopefully he sees this review and remembers us. He did an amazing job helping us out while also helping another customer that had questions.

Not the best of service needed a piece of wood cut and cashier couldn't find or radio a manager to do it,so I had to walk around the store to find one. When found the manager was not very happy to do their job,what is going on with good customer service? I just don't get it,we all have a job to do. He came back with one piece cut,I needed more and believe me he was not happy

I used to be more of a Home Depot customer until last night. My sister and I visited Lowe's on 12/18/23 @ 18:34:50 to pick up an online order. I had forgotten my license at home and I needed it to be able to show ID for pickup. It was a long drive back home, late at night and I needed my supplies. Joann who was working at the customer service department right away was proactive in assisting me. She suggested that I put my sister on my online order as the pickup person since my sister had her ID on her. Not only did Joann go out of her way to assist me, but she went above and beyond in helping me do this process on the phone since I had also forgotten my glasses. Joann was helpful and amazing in utilizing her customer service skills to make the process not only fast but also convenient for me. Thank you Joann!Customer service:In addition, I also find that Lowe's has better customer service and lower prices than Home Depot. The employees at Home Depot, you can never find one around or they turn the other way when they see someone coming their way. I had tested this when I intentionally went to five different home depots to find this same behavior.Prices:The order that I had picked up at Lowe's I also found it at Home Depot but at a higher price for the same thing.I will now be shopping at Lowe's!Online transaction # 496369765
