Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Phoenix, AZ Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store overall was clean. Staff are always helpful and can be amazing, knowledgeable, and a gem that provides extra motivation. Some employees are good and have worked there for a long time. However, customer service is sometimes just ok or the worst. There can be difficulties with returns without a receipt. At times, there is never a salesman when you need one, and if you find one, he may not be knowledgeable. The presence of secret shoppers can also be obvious and ridiculous. Despite frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable assistance is available to help customers finish their projects.
Bought a new sink there. I used the curbside pickup option. It was easy and quick. The young man that brought the sink out to my truck was extremely polite and friendly.

Peter in appliances is the reason to go to this store. Bought our dishwasher and deep freezer with him. He was so nice and knowledgable. Our toddler loves him. He also just helped through our decision purchasing a stackable washer and dryer.
