About Melrose Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center
Melrose Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center, founded in 1947, aims to improve the community and support those seeking employment through its donation efforts. Customers generally find the store clean and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, who bring a positive attitude that makes the shopping experience more inviting. One employee, Esther, stands out for her dedication and kindness, even in challenging situations.
However, some reviews highlight concerns about the store's inventory and pricing. While the clothing selection is decent, many items are of lower quality, with reports of stained or damaged goods. Additionally, customers express frustration with pricing, noting that some used items are priced too similarly to new items available at retail stores. This has led to disappointment, as shoppers feel they should be able to find better deals at Goodwill.
Overall, while Melrose Goodwill has a friendly atmosphere and committed staff, customers feel there is room for improvement in item quality and pricing strategies to better serve those in need.
It's goodwill on 7th and Indian School. So it has some decent stuff but goodwill as a while company has been marking things up more and more. You just have to find the right ones and that have the right prices.

Dirty and unorganized, not a lot of stuff, very long lines that move soooooo slowly compared to all other goodwill I've been to. Only one lane open on a Saturday, 10 of us in line 😬
