I had a great experience with one of the store workers named Eddie he had helped me get switched over from the service I had and get a great deal on a new iPhone and I would recommend anybody to go to him for help he has been the biggest help I've had with cell phone service

Eddie was super helpful - I expressed my frustrations regarding the store on Mesa & Brown (HORRIBLE DON'T GO THERE!) and he was able to resolve my issue in a much quicker manner and was very upfront about the entire process.

Supposed to be open until 8pm, I got here at 5:45 & they're closed. No voicemail either. If you call them, it just keeps ringing until you hear a beep & then you're disconnected. Very annoying.
