Came in for my kids upgrade on their tablets. Melanie and Kendar were AWESOME! they made the process so smooth. They were both able to clarify in details to all my questions. BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BOTH OF THEM!!! Not only did I leave as a happy customer but my kids did so as well ☺️

I do not recommend this store to anyone. I'll tell you what happened to me a few days ago. I called customer service to verify my information and they congratulated me for being a new customer and that I could enjoy my new free cell phone. That's when everything changed because the cell phone I had bought had cost me $275 for everything. That's when I realized that my money had been stolen. The cell phone I had bought should have been free, but it wasn't. So I went to the store and complained. They tried to lie to me again, and in the end they gave me some of my money back. So if you just bought a cell phone at this store, call customer service and make sure it's free. If you pay, they have to give you your money back. This happened to me 3 days ago. Be very careful. One more thing, they say they give you headphones and a cell phone protector for free, but it's not true. When you complain, they say it was a bundle they sold you. Scammers

Muhammad is a very great worker! He helped my daughter change her chip at a very quick pace and was very kind to us. He gave multiple solutions to if our problem wasn't solved by tomorrow. He was quite knowledgeable and overall a great help!

I stopped in to change service provider and Muhammad had helped me plus helped me get a new phone didn't even want to but he seen my cracked phone and made it a mission to make sure I left with no issues

Whewwwww, let me tell yal about the phenomenal service I received from Zayn tonight. I went in not knowing if I would be able to walk out without anything reasonable. I gave him a price that I was not wanting to go over and “POOF” he made it happen. He was so knowledgeable of the phone and let me know what all the other competitors price was to ensure I was making the best decision. I was more excited I was able to take advantage of the current promotion (could change daily) being offered at the time. But to make a long story short go down there and see Zaynnnnnnnnnn
