Went to activate my phone and transfer my other phone to my wife's phone number.
Acted like it was a big favor. Spent a hundred dollars to move phone numbers to phones. Been with Metro PCS for 10 years.
This was the snobbiest customer service my wife and I had experienced

We were asked to leave because we had people knocking on our door for the previous traveler staying in our room hecwas popular so when we complained about the unwanted traffic we were asked to leave no refund was offered

Not sure who serviced those that didn't have a pleasant experience at this location, I on the other hand received superb customer service from Karen. About a month ago She was able to resolve my on-going issue of Metro PCS reps not being able to log into my account with all my credentials provided. Turned out my zip code was entered in-correctly. With the help of her Customer Service Dept. She was able to log in and determine this and change my zip code. She understood my work schedule and even stayed past her store closing time to set me up with my first Apple Phone. Once again, Thank You Karen.

You end up spending 170 just switching so yes they say you get a free phone when you switch to them but u end up paying for it when you leave all the plan fees ana activation fees extra so you really don't get anything free...

Extremely rude and unwelcoming. I walked in no one greeted me, I was waiting for 30+ mins and the workers did not acknowledge me. Just a very uncomfortable situation and I left. I feel like as a black woman I’m always ignored and not respected. Don’t come here you care about your time, and they need better because it shouldn’t have taken them forever. Both workers were confused or they just didn’t care to stop and help me. Do better.

The ladies that assisted us one was a manager needs to work on listening skills. I repeatedly provided phone acct details, and didn't felt like she was listening. If you don't mind repeating yourself about 10+ times then you should be ok. Nevertheless, I am enjoying my new phone.

Something weird is going at this location... Why did my metro purchase go to Washington Metro transit? Also had an issue with my data being stuck on 3g when I bought a new phone, went back to get it looked and the lady told it's because it's a 3g phone and they don't do returns? I told her I'd be going to another location and magically as soon as I left the store it switched to 4g... kinda feel sketchy with this phone now, going to a legit Metro store and swapping it out.
