Who ever was working the shift June 15th between 7p-8p closed 15 minutes before closing not allowing me to pay my bill don’t put on your website that you guys close at 8p change it if that’s gonna be the case lazy employee, it takes less than 6 minutes to pay a bill.

Monica and Elva were very helpful I came in for an update the initial price was $200+ but they got me a good deal with 2 iphone 14 with a case and screen for less than $250 by taking my number over to T-Mobile. They were very nice and answered all my questions confidentially.

Although the young lady was nice she was unable to answer any questions about the lease to own program which is why I went it. It looks like Metro should train their employees a little better!

Store was closed. But yet said open. I stood there for over 40 minutes and nothing. I called and nothing. I won't ever go to this location again.

Hello. My experience here was not satisfied. I bought fone and I was ask if I wanted a case and temper. I said ,no. At the end of the transaction was told , I put in a case so it can last six months. I asked for my receipt and I looked it over . I was charge for the two things I didn't want. Why did she not listen to me. For sales commission. Hmm. I am upset. This stire is not the place for my business. Thank you for being so thoughtful though.
