Been here 6 months now. First time renting a house and everything has been smooth thus far. New air filters delivered to your door as part of one of their tenant benefits. Also a big game changer was the down payment program they have that many other companies don't have. Nothing bad to say on my end.

I can’t wait to get approved for a home with this company. I don’t know why it’s so many bad reviews. The agents on call has been very patient and helpful. I guess I’ll have to wait until I actually move in to see why so many negative reviews
