The bank manager was good and so was the service. I understand having to hold a check for 5 days and even 7, but to hold a check deposit for 12 or more days when its a US check and from a reputable source, is nuts in todays technological world when transactions are made electronically. Unless of course the goal is so the bank gets to collect interest for a few days before allowing the depositor to have assess. Just an educated observation though.

MidFirst has been my bank since 2019. I've moved away from Arizona and sometimes wonder if I should get a new, local bank, but each time the stellar customer service of this MidFirst Phoenix branch keeps me as a customer -- even far from Arizona, I can call them for banking assistance. They are efficient and capable and have been able to resolve any issue I've encountered. Their staff have gone above and beyond to support me in my banking needs. I recommend this branch highly.

I will never come to this location again. I'll drive out my way to a more nicer vibe location. The lady downtown location seem like she hates being there. She was very lazy and seemed bothered by me being there. Also It was uncomfortable by her speaking to her coworker in Spanish on some things and English on other things. I think you guys need a secret shopper just to see what I mean.

Terrible experience actually there is a guy Patrick was a big help and very knowledgeable there is a lady Monica that’s terrible at her job I had to wait to cash a company check they had to get to owner of the company to stop what he was doing and they told me if they can’t get ahold of the owners of a company they don’t cash checks. I lucky called him myself because that only call once and wait for them to call back. I was the only person there and waited about 30 minutes then once we had to had someone stop there day and call in then they put me in the back of the line once other people came in. I cost me over an hour and a half of my work day to come down and wait and get back to work the lady would occasionally look over and smile like it was amusing that they could waste everyone’s time. Other branches are actually pretty decent I can see why this place has such bad reviews they earned them. I’m glad I don’t bank there

I have enjoed banking with MidFirst since they moved into the valley. The cashiers behind the counter and the managers are always helpful and greeting customers by first name.Terrance at downtown Phoenix ASU center has been a great manager, staff are also friendly!When making phone calls, I never experienced any issues like no-answer or delayed response. Usually I get my issues resolved while on the phone.I absolutely ? enjoy banking with Midfirst!

Worst bank ever they had me coming from Tempe because I wanted to print the card at the same day because I’m traveling and I don’t have card . I called before I come They told me to come here and print it I came all the way from Tempe just to tell me machine is broken?!!! Like why didn’t you say from the beginning I asked you i called just for this ??!? I opened my account today and I’m going to close it today because if the way you treat your customers. Third branch I went to today and they all didn’t help they just send you from branch to another send me from branch to another just for nothing.
