The person was helping me get good customer service he probably need a little bit help but the other guy did not want to help him basic let him do it too busy on the phone

Went in with a dead battery on Sunday afternoon and received absolutely excellent customer service from Mike. He went out of his way to help me and saved me a bunch of money which is very important for me these days. Keep up the great work Mike it is greatly appreciated
