Went In today looking for a part that two other parts stores could not find the assistant manager Damian worked some magic and found the part for my ford , said it didn’t fit crossed the part told me to try it out , snapped in like a champ no more check engine!!!, great service,

Excellent customer service! Manager was attentive to my needs, professional and knowledgeable. The other Napa employees helped with finding body clips for my 1997 Toyota Corolla! This review comes as back-up from handweitten letter sent to corporate about 2 months ago.
