I had an issue and reached out via phone over 10 times and left multiple voicemails and couldn’t get a hold of them. So I left an email and they didn’t get back until over a week later and past when my rental was booked. They are a TERRIBLE company and should be avoided at all costs

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are predatory on their billing. I explicitly said no to the LDW coverage and they forged my signature on the document. Also over charged my credit card (booked through Expedia). Be very Wary of their business practices.

I’ve been waiting on a refund I was told it was put on my card i checked the bank nothing has been added to my account this has been passed the 9 to 10 business days. When I call I get some that doesn’t speak English i want my money next thing I will be doing coming to visit this back and forth on the phone shit doesn’t...
