Great gym to workout especially if you are a powerlifter. The owner and all the lifters are really friendly. They have a great selection of equipment to get a good workout.

Omega Strong Gym is a great place to train! They have all the equipment I could ask for being a competitive powerlifter. It's always clean and never crowded, and the owners/ members are always willing to help and very inviting.
