Planet Fitness is a clean facility with plenty of machines and exercise equipment. The location is convenient and the attendants are respectful and friendly. It provides a welcoming, no judgement zone for everyone. There is plenty of area for stretching, which some other facilities do not have, and the bathrooms are very nice. The equipment is clean and there is a lot to choose from, making it a go-to location. While some features like specific tanning bed controls or massage chair options differ from locations outside the area, this particular site is considered better than the surrounding ones. It offers a space where members can build strength at their own pace in a Judgement Free Zone.
I love the price here compared to other places. The staff thus far have been very friendly as well. My only complaint is that some of the machines are rusty or even just broken. The Tempe location on Southern only had one broken machine, but the one in Mesa (Broadway) has SEVERAL broken and/or rusting.

They still....STILL...don't clean the bathroom stalls or showers often enough!!! I've been coming here off & on for approx 3-4 years. The staff though are very nice and helpful.
