I Spoke with two other representatives one by the name of Lauren or Laura, that try to redirect it to somewhere that didn’t exist. Their customer service was ridiculous. However, as soon as I got on the line with Myles and make sure to Immediately confirm my information to make sure he was dealing with the right person. He explained everything to me in depth, as well as when above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied before getting on the line with Miles I was considering leaving the Company as a customer however, the call was ended. I was satisfied Reconsider my decision. Thanks, myles and keep up the good work.

I took an auto loan from OneAZ credit union very recently. The entire process was extremely smooth and customer friendly. The 1st experience was with an online agent, who helped us initiate the application on a Saturday late night. The lady was very patient, took our details carefully and explained all the intricate things in detail. We got soft-approved almost instantaneously. By the next business day, I was contacted by Paul Mejia (online) and Chris Perry (at Gilbert office) for the official documentation. Both Paul & Chris were very friendly, understanding and handled the entire process flow in a breeze. I had all the paperwork completed in a jiffy. I recommend OneAZ without hesitation.

I’m a first time car buyer, so the process of getting an auto loan is completely new to me. My loan officer, Paul Mejia, made the process so easy and simple for me. He answered any questions I had and clarified steps along the way if he sensed I had any confusion. Paul was super communicative the whole time and ready to help me look through different car options. I’m really happy with my experience with One AZ, and that’s all thanks to Paul!

Paul Mejia was knowledgeable and his communication skills were excellent. This is what drove me to join OneAZ. I was working with 5 different lenders (credit unions & big banks) and everyone had similar products & offerings, but Paul’s frequent follow up, care and support to make my auto loan process easy, made me feel the most comfortable. Melissa was fantastic and such a joy to speak with during this trying event. She was assuring and calm and even suggested some actions to take for the future that I wasn't aware of. She handled everything professionally and made me feel so much at ease. She also made sure she explained every step of the process so I am aware what to watch for in days or months to come. She is a great asset to your bank. I didn't tell her this but she was so nice and helpful that she inspired me to continue my business with One AZ. Because the last time i had issues the gentleman I spoke with was pretty frustrating and I was contemplating removing my direct deposit and placing it elsewhere. My experience with One AZ .....well they're the absolute best at what they do! Wether in person, on line, on the phone, they truly care enough to help you with any banking issues you have. They really do treat you so much better than any bank I've ever dealt with! They have been there for me through some really rough times and sometimes even if there's not much they can do they still take the time to listen, and yes there have been tears sometimes and they're there listening to me , even tho that's not their job. They just care! Plain and simple. To me they are family I appreciate every single one I've dealt with! Keep up the amazing service and keep the awesome employees that you have, they are priceless!!? I was assisted by Marilyn Ramos and she was outstanding! I originally called to just get the current rates for auto loans, and I liked the numbers so decided to proceed with the process and it went so smooth and quick. She was available during business hours to communicate by email and provided me her direct number to call whenever need. Couldn’t be happier.

We are in the process of switching over from a national bank. It has taken some time on our end, but the personalized service during this transition has been great! I appreciate the transparency, as documents are sent for our signature and review before anything is approved. I found the documents themselves more straightforward and understandable than from our previous bank. We have really enjoyed working with Ivonn, she has been kind, patient, flexible, and respectful. We are excited to continue with OneAZ!

Had savings account with them... they didn't have my most recent mailing address, so instead of just emailing me (Because who would use email in 2023 right?!?!) they started charging me a $10 monthly fee for not having accurate address. And disabled my online account login credentials so that any electronic communications didn't work either... Fast forward almost two years later, I get a credit notification that they are closing my accounts and sorry but all the fees we charged are not refundable. and this is why the big banks keep taking market share...

Every once in a long while, one comes across a person who understands and helps you with fantastic customer service that is exactly right when you need help. Paul Mejia, Virtual Loan Officer, is that person for me. After being a OneAZ customer for 39 years, I reached out for a car loan recently through the OneAZ website with a Virtual Loan call. I had the pleasure to talk with Paul Mejia. Now a month after I initially spoke with him, I consider myself a VERY happy customer! It is because Paul has been exceptional in his customer service, all the way through the entire loan process. He is an excellent listener, as well as very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in assisting me. His clear communications on the phone and emails were informative, kind, polite and personable. The virtual experience he talked me through went smoothly all the way through finalizing the loan, in a very timely manner. I was shaken up after a car accident, and the first time we spoke, Paul calmly and compassionately helped me identify the dollar amount I was qualified for a car loan. This expedited my finding the right car when I researched and set up appointments to test drive cars. Then he helped me finalize the loan after I found the car I test drove and selected. What a joy to drive the car I wanted with Paul's timely and great customer service at One AZ!

I recently got a car loan from OneAz. My car broke down unexpectedly and needed a vehicle immediately, I called OneAz and a virtual banker named Topaz was the one to help me with the process. The first few days were great, she answered my questions and was very helpful. Unfortunately the was the last time, she would go days without answering my calls or email. She seemed to busy or lacked experience. Things that would only take one day to verify, took weeks! I had a seller who waited weeks with me, she even emailed and called Topaz and never got a response. I had to get the manager involved and that still didn’t work she kept wasting my time. She made my first time car loan horrible and stressful. It wasn’t until I got a new banker, Marilyn Ramos! Thank god for her! She was amazing! Made my opinion of OneAz credit union change. I went from never referring this bank to anyone to definitely happy to get my car loan from them. I now have my truck and can now be stress free knowing I have a reliable vehicle. Thank you again Marilyn!

I had a confusing situation with Zelle and with External Transfers - each a different system. and extremely frustrating in their nuances. I worked extensively with Joann and she was amazing in her knowledge of online banking, knowledge on the systems themselves, showing extreme patience with me and making it a pleasure to get these straightened out and working correctly. She is available through customer service - online banking.

I chatted today with OneAz Credit Union representative Karen L Sperduti regarding my old 2020 Tax statement, which is not available online. She was super nice and professional. In no time she sent me the statement via email. Very good job!!!

I called and spoke with Joann about two fraudulent charges on my debit card. Without going into detail, suffice it to say I had been speaking with contract people giving me scripted answers.Joann quickly assured me she could help me and spent the time to explain and helped me resolve the fraudulent charges.Honestly I was almost read to close my account, telling someone it will take two months for charges to be removed when they were reported the same day was a deal breaker for me.Joann quickly said she could help me. She is a keeper and went above and beyond. She contacted her resources and problem being resolved. Thank her for me.
