Needed to buy oil and a filter for an oil change. No clue what I was doing. Tim helped me so much and made sure I got the best price. He really took his time with me and helped me without making me feel stupid. I highly recommend this place!

Tim Milazo at O'Reilly's went above and beyond. Auto zone 2 locations failed to help me. First location said my part is not available anywhere, 2 nd location said oh yeah no problem I don't know why they told you that, we have it , drove there couldn't find it said it's all messed up in the back the first place has it!!!. Went to O'Reilly's Tim Milazo had the parts very common tail light panel and bulbs for Chevy pick up truck. He also helped me put it in test it to make sure it worked !! This guy is awesome. Thank you Tim thank you O'Reilly's. Patrick O

Had my batteries changed here for years, same car, even purchase history. Asked staff to install new battery for my car, walked and looked at battery in car, purchased battery. Staff then refused to install “we didn’t talk about install”. I refunded battery and went to Autozone instead and they did the swap no issues (and for cheaper). Flabbergasted by the lack of service and change of tone here at this O’Reilly location, I won’t be shopping here again.

Both of my taillights were out so I went to O’Reilly’s hoping for a quick fix. Sure enough, Antonio diagnosed the issue, got me $10 parts, and replaced them for me in 5 minutes. I never leave reviews but this was exceptional service!

Horrible, unfriendly and condescending staff! Will never find me in one of their stores again! The manager was the worst in the bunch. Terrible way to run a business. I will pay more to get better service. I honestly cannot believe they put this crew together. This store must be one of their write-offs.

Way over charged on parts. On Amazon the exact part was $168 with them it is $399 it'd like they charge you the labor price too pointless.
