Not that impressed with there customer service, they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, with that said they advertise accidents happen. They still wanted 100% of the replacement price after the tip broke on a back cast. ?

Great store with lots of variety. Jakob let me cast a couple of rods, and helped me pick a new streamer setup. Great service and very friendly. Thanks for the help!

Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Allen and Nicholas). I’d recommend anyone looking to get into fly fishing or interested in making a switch to go to this Orvis location.
