This is a superb store. Every time we are in the store, we are greeted, assisted, and are always felt welcome. Alan assisted me with waders and a fly rod and reel, he is very knowledgeable and always answered any of my questions with courtesy and helpfulness. You cannot go wrong with shopping at this fine store.

Stopped in for fly line, staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful, they also installed line on reel. Will visit this store again.

Not that impressed with there customer service, they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, with that said they advertise accidents happen. They still wanted 100% of the replacement price after the tip broke on a back cast. ?

My wife took me to buy wading boots for my birthday and I had a tremendous experience. In todays post pandemic world where it seems you pay more for less service I can say that is not the case here. The gentleman assisted me in making sure I was getting the right size and that the boots were comfortable for me with both heavy layers and lighter layers and let me lace up and test them. He even offered to arrange seating for my pregnant wife while he worked with me on the boots 10/10 for customer service.

I have been fly fishing a certain remote lake in the White Mountains for several years trying to catch my first Grayling Trout. This last summer I happened to run into Harrison who was fishing my favorite lake. Harrison works at Orvis and teaches fly fishing techniques. I am a complete novice but Harrison took the time to help, mentor and even provided several flies that ended up helping me catch several Grayling and Apache Trout. To say the very least that made my day and completed a goal that I had been working on for several years. I cannot say enough about Orvis, Harrison and the personnel that work there. What a great experience.

Great store with lots of variety. Jakob let me cast a couple of rods, and helped me pick a new streamer setup. Great service and very friendly. Thanks for the help!

Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Allen and Nicholas). I’d recommend anyone looking to get into fly fishing or interested in making a switch to go to this Orvis location.

Just drove across the valley to purchase a nice fly rid/reel for my husband as a gift. Brought him with me so he could put his hands and try out rather just ordering online. Store had sign on door that they were closed for inventory.
