Parts Authority is a great place with amazing service and very helpful staff. The people here are always willing to help and are 100% helpful. They have all the parts needed, and if they do not have something, they make a major effort to find it. The staff provides awesome customer service, quickly finding the right parts and getting them to the store within hours. The manager is known for excellent service, ensuring customers do not wait and finding ways to get them the parts they need. Customers report never having a problem with warranties or the parts themselves, noting the parts are basically the same as elsewhere.
The manager at this location, his name is Mr. Rick amazing service. I went there for some parts that I got I ordered couple days ago and I had to re-order them and Mr. Rick didn’t let me hold another day. I waited five minutes and parts were already ready to go thank you Mr. Rick
