Wait time is ridiculously long. Waited for over 2hrs in line and only one person at the check out. Great guy, but the processing time needs to be so much better.

This was an ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. We waited 2 hours in line to get our car. The staff had no urgency and there was a massive line. Then, when we went to get our car, there was no car for us. Will end up being a 3 hour experience. Could not recommend LESS this rental service.
