Only book with pay at pickup option. super slow service, one lady running the counter and 20 people in line. Good thing I didn't pay upfront, booked with another company on my phone and walked over to pick up. What a garbage operation, not worth the savings discount

These people have no clue how to run a business and leave people hanging - myself and 20 other people have been waiting over 2 hrs - they have served 3 people in that time.

The car was electric, ok. I thought it was fair but electric for long drive was not helpful. They also had issues when I returned it. The guy said I was good but I was making as not returning the vehicle for three days until I called.
