Canceled my online pick up order with no explanation of why. Spent 5 minutes on the phone with their support, not at location, no help. Tried calling, no one answered.Very frustrating. Please update your online inventory & answer the phone.

I will say this petco vet clinic is very nice and well kept. Only reason for 4 stars is the vet didn’t really seem engaged and very distant. Her tech also was kinda rude when I opt out to not getting heart test at the moment . I had general questions and she seemed like off put I actually had questions to ask

I did forget Ambers vaccinations, I offered to email it to her or fax but she was having nothing of it. I understand not everyone is on the up and up. and staff safety is a priority. I just renewed her license and needed to have it done, she went to the vet 5 days prior to the appt. I just had shoulder surgery and a little off still. I will NEVER use your grooming services again. I had issues booking it even.

I am done! 3 times I have had my Labrador groomed there. He had a bath and the deshedding treatment. 2 out of three times it was the worst. I show the person checking me out all the hair falling to the floor. He obviously wasn't brushed out properly. I paid extra for shampoo and for him to be furmerated to remove excess hair. Besides the hair literally covering the ground and brushing out 4 brushes full of hair when I got home - I paid 110 dollars that included a good tip. The person bringing him out just said "well he has a lot of hair". No Joking! That's why I wanted the deshedding treatment! And paid a pretty penny for it. Buyer beware. Don't use this location - or any Petco.

After spending $350 to have my dog checked out for bump on her leg the lady in the front was very rude you can tell on her face she didn't want to be there. I asked her if I can use the restroom and she told me they don't have restrooms next door I can use them. Then I told her you don't have restrooms here and she handed the key over. Bad customer service this young broad shouldn't be working here especially with that look on her face.

If you need prescription food, they will make you walk over to THEIR vet clinic, even though you have a valid script from your vet in hand, and get the Vetco team to approve it and give you their own Rx card for the food. It became a hassle and time consuming when my cat was very ill and needed the special food. Cashier was not helpful at all and didn't give me any explanation as to WHY they couldn't accept my written and signed script from my vet to purchase the food, just pointed to the clinic and left the register so I could figure it out myself.

Everytime I come to this location, your employees make it very unpleasant. You cant have a conversation with them without them telling you what THEY think you should buy, or telling you what they think is illegal. I have to fact check everytime I leave this store. The store/products are great, but you need better staff (cashiers, reptile handlers, older staff) they have a conflicting opinion about EVERYTHING when all you want to do is get the things you need and leave.

First time at the Happy Valley location. I had to have my dog be seen for a rash that wouldn’t go away and was getting pretty bad. All the other locations close by was not available for an appointment for another week! I will from now on take my dog to this location regarding any Vetco issues. The staff here are the very best as they come! They even followed up to check and see how my dog was doing! Amazing! Thank you!
