Petco is a health and wellness company dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners. Located at 2501 W Happy Valley Rd in Phoenix, the store offers a wide range of brand-name pet nutrition products and supplies for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish, and reptiles. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff who assist with product selections, as seen when one employee helped a customer find suitable food for a rescued snake. However, some shoppers have noted issues with product organization, mentioning that food stock is often misplaced and shelves can appear messy. Although the staff is generally seen as helpful, there are complaints about additional charges for bags, which some feel adds unnecessary costs during tough times. Additionally, customers are advised to check expiration dates on products, as there have been instances of receiving soon-to-expire items. Overall, Petco provides valuable services, including grooming, vet services, and pet training, making it a go-to destination for pet care needs.
Truly a remarkable store 🥹 it's so clean and neat, and the staff is amazing! Though they should have more duck stuff available 👀 perhaps even sell ducks. 👀 I truly appreciated my time here and will be visiting if near the area.

This is my Petco! I love this place! The cashiers though are so not happy to be there. I went in the other day, and the cashier didn't even greet me. It was bizarre. I had to say hi to her and acknowledge her.
