I had insurance for two dogs with PetSmrt, but on January 5th, the dogs went to heaven and I tried to cancel the insurance, but they told me to pay a penalty.It was difficult to make a reservation when my dog was sick, so I went to Emergency....Is it right to ask me to pay a penalty for saying my dog is dead?

Visited to check out the freshwater aquarium fish. Good selection, healthy fish that are well taken care of..... bought several rainbow fish and tetras.... all survived and are healthy.
