Phoenix Flowers delivered a beautiful flower arrangement to my mom's work for her retirement. They arrived during her retirement lunch so everyone was able to oooo and awww over them. She felt so special! The flowers were bright, fresh, and colorful. I will be using Phoenix Flowers again!
