Poor Little Rich Girl is a unique thrift and boutique store that offers a wide range of high-quality items, including clothing, accessories, and locally made products. The store is known for its friendly and attentive staff, who provide excellent customer service. Customers can find a variety of designer brands, such as Lululemon, Athleta, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel, all at affordable prices. The store also buys and sells items through a consignment program, allowing customers to turn in their own items and potentially earn some money. The store's curated selection of merchandise and well-designed layout make it a pleasant shopping experience. Customers have praised the store's cleanliness and the care taken in the placement of each item. However, some have expressed disappointment with the limited clothing selection, especially for those visiting from out of town. Additionally, the store's consignment policy, which includes a 60-day turnaround and a lower payout percentage compared to other local consignment shops, has been a point of concern for some customers. Overall, Poor Little Rich Girl is a unique and charming boutique that offers a mix of high-quality, gently used, and locally made items at reasonable prices. While the consignment process may not be ideal for everyone, the store's friendly staff, curated selection, and pleasant shopping environment make it a popular destination for those seeking quality and value in their shopping experience.
Well curated selection, professional and friendly staff, and quick and easy selling process! Plus cute cards and locally made jewelry. Lots of Free People, Rails, Eileen Fisher, etc. 10/10

I regularly shop and sell items here. They always buy my items for a fair price and I have found some gems on their racks. I recently bought a Frame sundress for $45 that retailed for $500! You can’t beat that! The girls working the counter have always been friendly and helpful.
